Dan Towns faces Three Peaks challenge
Dan has sent the follwing update on his adventure :
First of all thank you to every one who has sponsored/donated to our event this weekend. We have now passed the £1000 mark and hope that by the final reckoning we will have raised close to £1500 which is just brilliant and much appreciated by all of us and the CT scanner appeal too.
It is the eve of our departure for Scotland, we will leave tomorrow morning and will be spending the night on Lock Eck at the Whistlefield Inn (Bunk Barn £17.50 a night including full SCOTTISH breakfast, bargain!) On Sunday we drive the rest of the way to Fort William before starting up Ben Nevis Sunday afternoon.
